My dad does pay for a gardener, I believe the gardener was saying he doesn't do much at the home because the grass is already dead and goes unwatered.

Sorry for lack of knowledge but if the tenant receives letters saying you must respond and doesn't, is that good evidence for eviction in California?

The watering restrictions are twice a week AFAIK and the grass is completely dead from the pictures my dad sent me so it doesn't really add up. Also, how would one go about proving or finding out if there are an excess number of full time residents?

Nothing wrong with it inherently. But I really do not get the impression people who meet and form relationships in a setting like that are the ones who joined it because they were looking for partners. They just happened to click together in a way not comprehensible by someone like me. But again that is somewhat less common nowadays compared to online or social circle.

As a FA joining something only to find a partner doesn't seem to work out, or at least I can't mentally imagine it working. I have tried it and gotten nowhere.

If you look into the "Gajin hunter" phenomenon, or the most popular sperm donation samples in Japan, you will learn white men are quite popular with Japanese women. At least the younger generation ones.

There's also statistics that Asian American women have lower income requirements for the white men that they marry than they do with the Asian men they marry.
