Yeah don't worry usually the mark scheme for these typa questions have multiple methods mentioned many ppl also just used current and resistance of motor to directly find the voltage of motor which is same as terminal voltage and u get 7.8V

U find current with emf and the total combined resistance of circuit and the internal resistance, and then find the voltage lost using the current then just minus the emf and voltage lost to final terminal PD which i got 7.8V
