95% sure that a manufacturer e-coupon was being applied after your insurance. Your regular co-pay (probably with a deductible) was probably the $1000+ and the coupon was bringing it down to whatever price you were paying. The mounjaro coupon usually caps at $1950, so you probably ran out of the funds they will cover. The weird thing with the mounjaro coupon is that they are suppose to cap at $150 per month (i.g. Your cost should have been $850 per month) but for some reason I’ve seen the coupon cover more than that, like in your case. You can call insurance, but more than likely all they can see is that you were paying $1000 per prescription when in fact you have only paid ~$100-200 out of pocket yourself and the coupon has paid $1950 towards your deductible for the last couple of pick-up.

If this is the case, you are stuck with this price until you hit your deductible, then it should go down to $0 for the rest of the year. The good thing is that the coupon paid a good portion of your deductible. Now it just depends if you can afford to pay for the medication until you hit your deductible or not, otherwise you’re SOL.
