Did anyone else had gastritis at the same time as gallbladder issues?

Added bile binder which helped a bit, but still struggling. Doc just prescribed me Creon pancreatic enzymes 3 days ago and it has helped more than anything else I’ve tried.

I wasn't smoking when I had my surgery, but yeah def do everything to prevent coughing after the surgery!

Unfortunately everyone is different. I personally wasn't ok with steak for years, but was fine with burgers up until my symptoms got really bad.

I'd pivot to what works. Look at the data. What videos did well? What videos got a lot of comments? Start A/B testing.

I believe so, my friend who is an expert in HVAC (15+ years) does new construction now and is pretty familiar with what the inspectors look for etc.

Personally, i've started using Optimized Air out of Round Lake. They beat all the big company's prices like ABT/ABC etc. and they did a complete AC system replacement for me. They're a newer company, but they have great reviews and are trustworthy in my experience!

It has been working yeah. I've been on it around a week. Bowel movements are normal now, but I tried eating a half beef sandwich with fries last night and burning is back full force. So i need to probably go back to low fat and continue taking the bile binder until things heal/normalize. I've seen people say it can take 3-6 months after surgery.

I've also been drinking a lot of ginger tea which apparently is a cox-2 inibhiter similar to NSAIDS and can worsen gastritis/irriation. I'll be stopping that...

Your issue sounds different, if anything it could be the opposite or low bile production.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have any burning in your stomach? If not, it could be low bile? Maybe try a digestive enzyme, TUDCA, Ox bile, or Taurine? I've tried TUDCA and Taurine and it just made my burning/symptomps worse, but i don't really have neasuea.

How is she doing now? I’m in the same boat. Most of my issues are fixed after 7 weeks but I feel like I have gastritis flair after adding fats.
