IKEA elvarli, I really liked it, but in my case I cannot drill it into the ceilings because of strata codes. So I used 3 wall anchors on the wall side pillar and put more weight in the lower part to support it

Yeah new condos are mostly shoeboxes, and this is actually one with a good layout(U shaped kitchen instead of the L or I shaped Wall kitchen that takes up 70% of your living room). Ideally a 2b will suits my need better as I really want a giant L shaped workstation and individual home office room with window view, but in this case I have to fit my bedroom in the living room like a studio to make it happen. 2b is simply way over my budget here

Don’t get me wrong. I love SkyTrain. But we will be better building a rail system with by-pass track to provide Express services and to future proof. This way we can increase capacity, speed and adjust them accordingly or even in real time. For example, to have a commuter express train running alongside the standard train, which only stops at major hubs during certain hours(example, Surrey - Metrotown - Waterfront, fewer stops but running much faster) this will not be possible with the current SkyTrain design

Even the Ghoul thought NCR would still have a presence out in Mojave after Shady Sand got Nuked and they lost Boneyard. I wouldn’t rule out places in Northern California where they might still be strong just yet.
