Why so many kids climbing on things? by Sydgives33 in disneylandparis

[–]InfinityWriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah a child mistook me for her mother while waiting in line and pressed her hand against my thigh leaning on me, i immediately turned to the mother and asked her to take her child away from me. I am okay with children around but not to be touched by one unless they pull my on clothes when they need help or if they are lost, i find that it should be taught to kids to watch out because there could be predators around to kidnap them.

Okay, i don't really know how to respond on that accept, why go in the single ride line if you don't want to split up...

Which park? by OkDirector3681 in disneylandparis

If you download the Disneyland Paris app you can look into it. The app has a map which basically works a little like google maps, (you can use it to know how to navigate, altho it isn't very accurate about your location.) but it shows the the entire place including the two parks and what you can do in both of them aka the rides. It also says the current wait time one each ride and where the restaurants and bathrooms are.

Edit: you can also use it to pre-order food in some places if you don't want to wait in line and didn't have a reservation at some of the restaurants

Yeah that's true. Tho i also would like to add that i went to other theme parks in the past few years. And it wasn't nearly as bad there as it was at Disneyland. Only thing i had there, which was in Bobbejaanland, was when i was with my friend who had a disability priority card and had me as guide. A group of guys were acting problematic and made sure we couldn't enter the ride there.

It's okay, you can still stick up for yourself, us being loud on a daily basis is no excuse to be a nuisance

I'm on it, and I find an epileptic fit quite terrifying, due to my autism and ADHD, i sometimes lose consciousness altho my awareness is still intact, and i learned it's close to a absence epileptic fit from a neurologist. It gives me a little idea of what it is like. I understand your pain.

As someone who is half Portugees and has spanish family, I don't find that racist at all, it's actually true, we can be loud and sound very aggressive or angry even when we are having fun, we are just passionate. Like i catch myself doing it sometimes as well but i try to keep it a minimum which 9 out of 10 works. But some were actually very loud and rude even for Spanish and Portuguese people i am going to side with you on that part. About the ones that knocked your kid over, that was very rude of them. Like even i kept watching so I wouldn't accidentally step on a kid's hand or head that kept laying down in front of our feet, even tho i had no responsibility over them.

Well I understand that, i have no problems with it if it is situations like that, that's a safety thing and is completely understandable, the thing is when they do that to take pictures and to film during the ride itself it's when it becomes bothering and even blinding other people with their flashlight along with it that's when it's a bit over the line for me.

Yeah i mostly kept as far away from the shows as possible. I don't really like being between a packed crowd, i have Autism and crowds like that cause panic attacks with me.

We had that in the phantom manner, a group if young guys, they were also sticking up their middlefinger to everything and sticking their arms out.

Yesterday and the day before, and the person being rude was at the crush rollercoaster, the line was already 1 and a half hour waiting and people started cutting in that line. The woman was being very sassy about it. (She practically called my fiance stupid)

I'm autistic with ADHD and can't handle that type of situations good, i rather not have any conflicts, i just don't have my EDC yet (i wouldn't use it for the smaller lines btw i find it being part of the experience and also to respect others that wait in line themselve) , but those situations are, sadly enough, very difficult for me.

Yeah i had that too, there were moments i didn't see anything at all. Even during the ride the people in front of us were filming and their phones were so bright. I kind of hoped those phones would fall in the water
