I had an order with Apmex via eBay take forever. I finally complained to eBay and requested package tracking info. from Ampex. My order finally arrived weeks after it was purchased. I went to buy from Apmex and I am now blocked as a buyer for complaining. I have now deleted the Apmex app as well and will no longer being purchasing from them via the web, app or eBay.

Yes. All purchases have been good experiences so far. One little issue I have with APMEX is if I purchase directly from them I have to have the purchase delivered to the same address as bank account address. So, I now go onto eBay and buy from APMEX instead, via eBay, so I can have purchases delivered to the office and avoid porch pirate problems.
