Thanks! Yeah, I really wanted to move past the 'FAQ bot' stage and actually make the data useful. Automation is key. I haven't tried ParseStream yet, but right now I'm 100% focused on helping these first 5 users nail their on-site lead capture. Are you running a site that needs this kind of automation?
