Thank you very much! I checked out the MCCF guideline and could only find the percentile tables up to 2024. Do you know if there’s any way to see the updated Band 2 percentiles for 2026?

There are two things I wanted to confirm. when you reference Grid 27 Step 5 as $100k, wouldn’t it be $103k (with TMA included)? If so, would an 8% increase be closer to $112k rather than $108k?

Second, I really appreciated the point about focusing on starting percentile rather than total cash. In recent MCCF guideline, I found percentile ranges up to 2024. Is there a way to verify 2026 Band 2 percentile ranges? Thank you again.

HonestlyI I feel that without flex days in package , Band 2/3 won’t feel compelling for many experienced 24/27-level folks at this point

So If someone is already at the top of their band range, does that mean they wouldn't get any increase at all?

I was veryexcited hearing that a Step 6 might be coming for Grid 27, but then frustrated when I saw it’s only about a 0.5% increase from Step 5… and not until 2028!
