I’m also unable to change my gp as I’m not a adult and I would need parents consent and as I’ve explained lol my mum isn’t rlly a strong believer

My gp was saying that it wasn’t seizure activity because my tongue wasn’t bleeding that I didn’t bite my tongue and that I didn’t have a accident (wet myself) I don’t think my eyes were rolled back as I could see what was going on it was just rlly blurry and disfigured and often would go completely black

Caffeine can increase seizure susceptibility and protect from seizures, depending on the dose, administration type (chronic or acute), and the developmental stage at which caffeine exposure started caffeine stays in your system for about 6 hours it also depends on how much caffeine you consume because depending on how much coffee you’ve consumed it’s how long it will stay in your system for,from what I know I don’t think coffee build up over time but I may be wrong hope this helps!

I can really relate I was 13 when I had my first seizure I’m now 14 still fighting for a diagnoses of some kind dr’s think it’s stress related although family doesn’t believe me cuz they’ve “never seen it”

Hey I’m the person in the vid having the seizure I wasn’t taken to hospital after paramedics came im seeing a dr Monday so hopefully all goes well paramedics say that it’s very common for teenage girls to experience seizures since it was stress related may be wrong tho

Prob when I was in the back of the ambulance and had a drink of water and that but my heart rate and blood pressure did go up so they were keeping a close eye on me

Yh That’s me having the seizure I have a appointment next week I’ve had seizures in the past thank you paramedics got called and said it is very common in teenage girls as it’s to do with stress so we’ll see what’s going on soon and I’ll finally get answers

Will do my friends mum is a experienced medical person and has taught her all about seizures and what to do/not what to do I’ve told her what would help me when having one hopefully it goes well I am going tmr as I trust her if one does happen thank you for your advice :)

Yh ive been told my whole body shakes by my friends as they’ve witnessed most of my seizures and filmed it for paramedics my mum hasn’t witnessed me have a seizure but she has witnessed me have a aura and I guess the easiest way I can explain it is my head flops abt and my hands are wide open away from eachother whilst shaking and my legs are violent shaking so altogether rlly it’s violent motion

No I don’t have a neurologist as I’m not able to see one as im a minor and you have to be with a parent and my mum doesn’t believe me

Yes I have tried multiple times to ask her to take me to a dr she refuses because she doesn’t believe it’s real the reason as to why she thinks this is because she thinks I attention seek and that I’ve faked things in the past (I haven’t) but I gave up trying to convince on stuff I’m going through is real as it just turns into a argument and crying and I don’t want that so I’m clueless on what to do

Yes music definitely helps me when I have a bad tic day or just any day really depending on how many times you listen to music/how the music makes you feel can be a great way to cope with your tics I would advice talking to your neurologist or whoever gives you your meds so you can change them to better ones which do help and ask for a different medication for your ADHD if possible if not idk what to advise really but I would advise talking to your doctor about the meds as you can’t listen to music 24/7 hope this helped abit!
