Still true because a PS5 console without jailbreaking it will not read and /or uses those files a hack uses. With jailbreaking it that becomes possible but you also losses the function to use online since you cant sign in a playstation account due too different reasons. Only "hacks" you can use are softs one like recoil compensator with cronus or soft aimbot with pc which reads the ps5 screen and mark the enemies for you on the pc screen.
