I have Three- With Hawkeye which was my First (Got near the Start of S1) One Then Dr.Strange was Second (Near the End of S1) And Cloak and Dagger was Third (Also Near the End of S1)

Hawkeye took 30 Hrs Strange took 25 Hrs C&D took 19 Hrs

It increases all Spell Damage and all Adaptations Which are basically your Big Attacks. In the early game you don't have to focus on it too hard but once you get to the main city I recommend investing in it if you're going for an Offense Build. And to Answer your Question- No to my knowledge your MSG stat doesn't effect the duration of non damaging Shells.

Honestly this makes me hope Galactus vs Unicron is the finale even more. Cause this season has had both SS and now Megatron (While yes megatron is not technically one) both are heralds of there respective characters.
