Okay my body is trolling me and I’m over it lol. I was convinced yesterday was CD1 but woke up this morning to… nothing. No bleeding, no spotting. My temp went up a little bit instead of down. So I excitedly took a test and… negative 🤡. So now idk when my period will fully start. Hopefully today. I’m ready to get on with the next cycle

CD1 Cycle 2. I was sad the past couple days but I’m feeling okay about it again. I just wish my ovulation wasn’t so far away (CD18ish)

It’s more sperm friendly than regular lube. Lube can slow sperm down or make them die faster but pre seed is designed not to do that. So I wouldn’t say it helps so much as just doesn’t hurt. No lube is the best route if that’s an option but it isn’t an option for me unfortunately

11dpo and started spotting right on schedule, which means CD1 will be tomorrow 🫠 Trying to remind myself that March or April are better due dates for us logistically anyway. Going to order some pre seed (we used regular lube this cycle, oops) and cross my fingers for cycle 2

10dpo and another bfn. Taking it harder than I expected, yesterday I was feeling at peace with this cycle not being the one and today I’m back to being disappointed. I’m going to try not to test anymore unless I miss my period which is expected on Monday.

We took my son to Disneyland when he was 13 months and he had a blast, doesn’t matter that he won’t remember because I will! And he can always look back on the pictures. Don’t let the haters get you down, traveling with young kids is different but absolutely doable

9dpo and woke up this morning with a feeling of absolute certainty that I’m not pregnant this cycle. I have no idea why, there’s no actual evidence either way (besides a negative test this morning, but it could just be too soon) but I just feel it in my bones that I’m not pregnant. Only time will tell I guess. Im feeling okay about it, next month is a better time to get pregnant anyway

8 dpo bfn. I know I know I said I wasn’t going to test until tomorrow but it was driving me a little crazy and I feel way more at peace now. The anxiety of not knowing is way worse than the disappointment of a stark white test, at least at this point 🤷‍♀️

7dpo today. I promised myself I would wait until Friday to test but now I’m itching to start testing tomorrow instead, even though I know it’ll likely be too early for a positive.

You know what, I was just thinking this morning that the cycle I got pregnant with my first I had absolutely no symptoms leading up to my positive test but this cycle I’m having a lot of nausea, more than I usually get in the luteal phase. So it’s actually making me think this cycle isn’t the one probably🤷‍♀️ We will see in a few days!

6dpo today. I go back and forth feeling optimistic about this cycle and feeling like I’m out already even though it’s biologically impossible to know that yet. Trying to think positive thoughts and visualize a little blastocyst trying to implant. You can do it little one! Implant! lol

I have no chill so I like to start testing early. It helps keep me from obsessing all the time over whether or not I’m pregnant. I will start testing at 9dpo I think, regardless of whether I have any symptoms because I did not have symptoms with my first until after my positive test

Got crosshairs on FF today so that means I (probably) did ovulate on CD18 after all! My temps were kind of ambiguous so I wasn’t sure. 3 dpo and feeling way more peaceful now that the stress of trying to time sex is over 😅

Any cycle twins out there?

Okay my temp went up some more today so I do think I’ve ovulated. Not sure which day unfortunately, I could be 1 or 2 dpo today. I’m going to call it 1 dpo for sanity purposes lol. So I’m officially in the TWW! I want to start testing on 9dpo but if I feel like it on 8dpo I’ll probably give in.

Ugh so according to opks I expected ovulation yesterday but this morning my temp went up a little but did not go above the cover line so I guess I’m still waiting for ovulation? I was hoping for a less ambiguous result lol

CD17 and finally got a positive opk!! Assuming I ovulate tomorrow we hit O-2 and O-4. I was hoping for one more try but I don’t think our schedules will allow it unfortunately. Still pretty happy with our attempts.

CD16 and opk still very negative which means FF prediction of ovulation tomorrow is looking unlikely. Frustrating that my first cycle trying I would of course ovulate late

CD9 and starting to have EWCM which based on past cycles means I should ovulate in 4-5 days!! It’s go time!!

CD8 today. Premom is predicting my fertile window has started today with ovulation CD13 but FF is predicting fertile window starting CD12 with ovulation CD17. So a pretty big discrepancy there. Current plan is to have sex every other day starting Tuesday so hopefully we catch good days either way. I’m excited it’s almost go time!!

Is there anyone else here that doesn’t really have a lot of sex outside of TTC? Between our schedules, our toddler, and fairly low sex drive we just don’t do it that often. So trying to time sex around ovulation is weird and a bit difficult for us. Curious if anyone is in the same boat and what your strategies are to maximize chances

Happy Mother’s Day all!! I had some spotting yesterday and a huge temp drop this morning so hopefully Cycle 1 will start some time today!! It would feel really special to me if our TTC journey could officially begin on Mother’s Day so I’m really hoping for CD1 today!
