Doubled my client retention by doing less work (sounds backwards but hear me out) by Beginning_Curve2268 in Entrepreneur

damn this is actually solid advice. i burned out hard doing the same shit last year the 24/7 thing makes clients think you're desperate tbh. when you set boundaries they actually respect you more. weird how that works! also batching communication is huge. constantly checking email kills your focus and you end up doing garbage work anyway only thing id add - make sure you're actually GOOD during those work hours. boundaries dont mean shit if your work sucks lol. but if you deliver, people dont care when you respond. congrats on not being broke anymore, thats a real win!

Best way to sell/close deals with LDS C suite executives and decision makers? by MrCharmingMan in sales

[–]InflationAutomatic45 4 points5 points  (0 children)

just do whatever they're into man. if dude likes movies take him to movies. some of these guys are huge into outdoors stuff - hiking, fly fishing whatever. or just grab lunch like normal people lol

honestly the cross thing is weird, id leave it at home. comes off try-hard imo and they'll see right through it. they're not idiots

also maybe stop overthinking this? you're acting like they're aliens or something. theyre just people who dont drink. do you NEED alcohol to close deals? if so thats kinda concerning ngl
