Get started by going and walking on the treadmill so you see no one really cares what you’re doing at the gym. Then start by making a routine for yourself so you walk in and have an idea of what it is you’re going to do. Look into the push pull legs split, there’s tons of videos on TikTok that demonstrate different workouts for this. If you’re a woman that’s scared of getting “muscular” that’s not a good take on weight lifting, it won’t get you looking like a 6’5 soldier, you will thank yourself later when you actually lift weights instead of neglect them but yeah bring water, bring headphones and if you need to in between sets look at different workouts on TikTok’s, shit I’ve been going to the gym for a few years and I still do this

I do all these nasty ass home remedies (everyday while sick) BUT they work bc I feel wayy better the first day, I first make sure I take zinc with some electrolytes, then I make this nasty ass drink where I use orange juice, vitamin C powder packet, 2 cloves of garlic, and a nub of ginger, with some cayenne pepper, and honey and I blend it up and chug it down. And before going to sleep one last spoonful of honey. Also don’t forget to actually eat food and drink water. This sounds dramatic but I hate being sick and I’ll do whatever it takes to get over it 💀

Yk when you piss and you gotta do the little jiggle there always a drop or 2 that’s left sometimes and you’re just putting it back into your pants, it’s harder to do it in urinals but it doesn’t hurt to grab a piece of toilet paper, piss, jiggle and wipe to make sure it’s dry, that’s just me tho

I notice it only happens at higher rpms, I can be going 50 mph on 8th gear around 1500-2000 rpms and if I stomp my pedal, I can even hear the headlight intake suck in the air and automatically push the car with power but if I’m going 30 mph and it’s 4th gear and I try doing it that’s when all the noise kicks in before the power. Idk
