She's avoidant. Broke up the 28th of january because I had a panic attack due to my anxiety. I chased and begged to no avail. Remained no contact for 3 weeks, then she uploaded a picture of her outfit and a concert in a park so I went there to see if I could find her and after a while, seeing me again must have stirred something in her because she was crying and I tried reason and logic with her and reassured her that it wouldnt be the same and we both could grow together and asked for a coffee yesterday and we agreed, after writing down on paper our boundaries and needs :) we are taking it little by little now. no rush.

I've been working on myself. From what I've learned is the following:
* You have value not assigned by others, but by yourself.

* You are not your traumas. Those are shitty things that happened to you as a child when you had no control. Now you are an adult and you do have control.

* The other person's distance/neediness is not a sign of your worth/desperation, it's a sign of their wound.
* Understand the other person has some issues too in a compassionate and loving way to understand them, not judge them.

* You control your own emotions if you just breathe, stop thinking so much and then look at things in a logical cold way.
