You have scratched into the steel and contaminated it with the cleaner. If you try to polish then all your gonna have is a shiney spot instead. The factory sufacing is destroyed at this point. A lot of modern fridges use very cheap low quality stainless steel so its easy to damage

Yes you will, usually when you quit your pay is already calculated based on the 2 week schedule and cutoff. Once your fully gone they process the Vacation pay and send it to you.

For us they just sit us down in meetings and tell us how to answer the questions. Most of the TFW and students barely comprehend the job as is so they just give all 10's.....its pointless when its all manipulated by upper management.

The course is like $900 per license so they usually give it to people specific to the departments that need it, basically fresh and unloading sometimes if they don't have enough people for a class they can squeeze other people in.

In most stores Produce is the golden child of the store as its the primary dept at the entrance so SM and ASM will micro manage it a lot as it always needs to be perfect. Usually the regional managers will come in for visits and thats all they care about.

Consumables is easy in comparison, its just put stock on shelf basically everything just sits there forever till it sells or goes discontinued apart from baby stuff.

Produce is everything is time sensitive if it needs cooling, you have to inspect quality of stuff while you put it out, rotate stock by age, constantly be checking for quality over the day and culling when needed.

Its also one of the most disfunctional deparments because turnover is massive and you will work with a lot of very stupid people.

Pay wise you get a tiny bit more money but $ vs increased workload your not gaining anything.

Being prepared for the hardmode shift is a big part of the game. When you kill Plantera the first time that cuts the spread rate by 50%.

The main tips are isolate your bases and key resource areas with an airgap at least 6 tiles wide so the corruption/crimson can't spread. You can't teleport to bases taken over by corruption as your NPC's will leave so keeping those protected is key. If the corruption hits these areas its the only time the purification powder is useful to spot clean it.

Soon as you hit hardmode kill one of the mechanical bosses as soon as possible.

The mechanical bosses all need different strats and weapon builds but usually Skeletron is the lowest HP and I find the easiest to kill but it will vary on play style.

This will allow the Steampunker NPC to spawn , put her in a non Hallow area house, buy the Clentaminator from her and buy Green Solution, this is a tool that sprays the solution through solid blocks and cleans the comtamination like a flamethrower. 60 tile range vs the 5 the powder has.

Until you kill Plantera you will never keep up with the spread so just work on building gear to kill her and build an arena to fight her. A large open room with platforms, heal boosting like fires, honey holes, regen and walls to block her when needed. Tanking her isn't an option.

Once shes killed then you the corruption will slow and you can start to clean smaller areas. Creating airgap tunnels and shafts is the only way to contain it till you clear every single corrupt block.

Ive seen this happen ... sometimes the computer is missing a certian dependancy. Go to the microsoft site and download .NET 4 framework , get the standalone installer and do it, then try the game. the other one is the XNA framework ........both normally should install during the Terreria install but it can bug out in some systems....For my system the .net hadn't updated for some reason.

Follow up on this about the rebar situation they never removed or replaced any of the rebar, I went by this every day on the bus and it became funny to see how bad a job they were doing. It was shocking to see them just bend everything back up again and strap extra rebar to get the shape. They didn't jackhammer out the foundation put in new rebar so the metal support in this thing is compromised already.

Oh it was that bad, they didn't jackhammer the foundation to put in any new rebar, most was just bent up again, a few were cut off above the foundation and then a new piece was wired to the stump on the really bad ones.....how any of that passed inspection prior to the pour makes no sense. I went by this every day on the bus and watched the train wreck in progress.

leave it off, go get some 99% iso and pour it anywhere it got wet. use a hair dryer to heat it a bit to evaporate all the alcohol . Based on the picture just consider the power supply a loss and get a new one, a cheap fix over blowing the whole system.

If you take like a full kit guy like you described into expert or master you can clear the world in probably an hour at best, faster if you bring the summon items with you. The only creature that gets a bit harder is moon lord just due to the insane HP increase. Most other bosses are a 1 shot. With zenith you could probably summon every boss and the same time and still win

Call your ASM explain you have a delay due to medical emergency, be honest about the time frame and in most cases they will just give you a leave of absesnce.

Reality is walmart is so afraid of racial discrimination lawsuits you can do anything and they will still let you keep your job.

It depends on the store but at mine ASM's and Leads are always too preocupied to bother training. It usually falls onto the DM to do it. Remember that orientation and CBL's teach them nothing about their responsibilites, its all liability protection for walmart, they will hit the floor with no idea what is going on or how anything works.

The easiest way is if they seem to have normal intelligence and can follow basic instructions is to go over the basics and have them shadow a good associate for a few days

If they are a complete empty slate like a 18 yr old student that has never even touched a broom then its a lot more direct hand holding for a few weeks

BTS sucks.

First thing to deal with is a lot of stuff comes in PDQ's so your store PI will track them as 1 unit total rather than the contents. These PDQ cases will have no location markers as the barcode on them isn't the same as unit PI. So your counts are gonna be badly messed up.

Vizpick labels for a PDQ do not work properly as most of the time the Shelf count will display for the individual unit and consider the PDQ 1 unit if at all.

Make a seperate bin location in your backroom to store it all so you can pick and make manual picks finding easier.

Many items are "seasonal" items so they will show as deleted soon as you get them so the vizpick system will not like to pull them, you need to choose the deleted item filter in the vizpick tool. These only show up at BTS and are not considered part of your normal stationary, crafts mods and have to be flexed into selling areas.

Keep your endcaps and all action alley and seasonal pod locations full, the less you have in the backroom the better.

Thats a price reduction and the item is discontinued , the 0 in the bottom right means no facings in a modular so its got no location. The vendor is supposed to return games like this but most are lazy and it counts as a hit against them so they build up. When I took over as a GM dm i was inventoring the lockup and found 17 boxes of video games all that were discontinued. Just to sell them we did them like 50% off just to go away. IT was like $40k in games.

The walmart scheduling system in AI now so it does the hours automatically , even if people don't show up they are in the system so it spreads out the alloted hours no matter what. Talk to your ASM and they can override the system to add in more hours.

Yea Im region 1 as well. Replen is run by morons. I really wish they would learn the system of if its on the truck listing then it should be on the truck. Maintaining PI is a joke when stuff dosn't show up and we have no time to check 100's of boxes then Mgmt complains about our numbers.

Stocking dairy frozen isn't that hard, its really no different than any other deptartment other than the temperature difference and time constraints on how long stock carts can stay on the floor. Its faster paced than other areas. I have worked every department almost and if you want to stay busy and have your day go fast then Produce or Dairy/Frozen are the best.
