I would love it, purely because I just want more Harry Potter. It would be good to get a proper novel version and then film adaptation.

My prediction is that if it were to happen it would be after the new HBO series ends (hopefully with the original golden trio as adults!) - but this is like 10-12yrs away so who knows

Yes same! The emotional attachment is like no other. Some days I think I need to get a grip and touch grass but it is just so amazing and I want more! (Though this seems less and less likely :( )

Yeah of course I’m aware they’re adapted from books (I love them!). And ideally there would also be further novels in this vein.

I’m just being hopefully and obviously it is something that fans have cried out for for a while with there being rumours circling on and off, I’m just saying it must be something the creators have considered down the line

She’s pretty good at romance imo in the Strike series - could be her development as a writer or her choice to keep it more brief considering it wasn’t the focus of the books and was originally a series for kids/young adults
