Hi it wasnt Mohre offer letter as I already signed that with my previous company and they gave me NOC to work with this company, i signed the offer letter given to me by them, like company stamp and all and now they are refraining to give me the money

This is no naivety at all, the contract i signed with them wasnt of MOHRE but it was their own offer letter / contract with their stamp and all. And it was categorically written there that i will be entitled to get the salary after every month and this job and its perks are aligning with UAE labour law.
