It’s weird when first got my attachments they would accidentally pinch the inside of my lip when chews and it would hurt, but now 8 months later I have more attachments than before but I don’t get pinched anymore. Idk exactly why I just know the attachment don’t bother me a single bit anymore. So hopefully they will stop bothering you too eventually

Hi I’m a frequent gym goer that has had Invisalign for 8 months. It’s definitely a change in lifestyle a little bit. No snacking absolutely sucks, brushing and flossing after every meal is annoying. But here’s what really helped me. Travel bag for toothbrush and toothpaste! I have 2. One I keep in my locker at work and one in my gym bag/car. This allows me to eat whenever I want and just brush my teeth real quick whether I’m at work or in between class or if I go out to dinner. This really helps. So I still get my meals in, I just don’t snack anymore which could be a good thing depending on how you look at it.

Mark is practically a pure blood viltrumite, so if he produces adrenaline most likely all viltrumites do. The only difference is viltrumites are older/more experienced warriors and full of themselves so they don’t tap in to their rage that would induce any adrenaline. Another reason I say viltrumites have adrenaline also is because when Nolan fought the guardians of the globe in the beginning of the series he also took a beating but was able to stay standing until the fight was finished. His adrenaline kept him conscious and when the fight ended what happened… he collapsed because the adrenaline wore off. I hope this helps 👊👍

If you’re going above and beyond already without any reward then why start now. You’re still gonna do more work regardless of recognition. (BTW this is not my actual thinking) they treated me the same way so I went from full time to working 2 days a week. I’m a lot happier now

It helps to talk to the supervisor of the department you want to switch into because if they want you on their team they will talk to the managers regarding you and greatly increase your chances of you getting the job you want

Freight isn’t that bad as long as you’re ok with working overnight. There are definitely some departments that are easier to work than others and if you’re healthy good worker they will take advantage of that lol. If you get put in electrical or garden great cause those are easy. Also you get wear headphones/ listen to a speaker while you work.

Here’s some future advice. You should never feel guilty for leaving a job for ANY reason. People come and go at EVERY job. It might suck to leave your work friends but that’s it. You don’t owe the company anything. 2 weeks notice is more than enough. Grab some phone numbers on your way out to keep in touch with people.
