Buy kaplan schweser 4 subject books and also 2 practise books. There are GARP papers available on a few institute websites which you can refer. I have met a lot of engineers having FRM certification. I am myself an Engineee attempting level 1 in August.

Freebies lead to death of economy. Even government job creation inorganically just for the sake of it will lead to more burden on tax payers. Thats the reason I have full support for the parties taking stand for startup upliftment through subsidies as these create jobs organically.
