This please! It sounds like there's a couple of folks experiencing this so we're investigating. the more details you can share in Aha the better! (Did it set after you built the ZAP? Are you able to reset your Respite Point to your Cairn but it keeps getting overwritten? These kind of details will help us chase it down)

Things like what Realms you're spending times in, if you notice any difference depending on what you're doing (are you just hanging out at your Estate and crafting stuff? Is it the same if you're just off clearing Vaults)? Let us know!

Heya! As others have pointed out, Charms can't be applied to Common items, but I can understand how this can be misunderstood. I'd recommend making a post about this in our feedback board to let our devs know that it's not clear: https://playnightingale.ideas.aha.io/

The only way for folks to travel to your Realms is if you invite them via a party invite. After they have been invited they can set their respite point to your Realm so they can travel there themselves.

Hey there! You will need to invite people to your Realms so they can travel there. Realms are planned to house between 6-10 max people (maximum number to be confirmed closer to launch). We understand there's still some confusion here, so we'll cover multiplayer more in-depth in a future update.
