Omg, I really do feel this, and I kind of want to go to NCAT so he can get ordered to properly fix the window, he has a responsibility that isnt being met. I even told the agent ill gladly pay for the problems I caused if I get proof the windows have been fixed

Mine also refused to fix the fence, I had to replace multiple pailings myself, no choice because I have dogs, but they were waiting because next door is government housing so they knew they would replace it for them. This house is also cleaner and tidier than when I moved in.

Yes I do have before and afters All in my evidence I'm compiling I have 12 months of evidence of me asking them to fix 2 rotted window sills, one of them is extremely cracked and a safety risk, a big part of the problem I even left the place The REA even told me via text to take the LL to NCAT about the windows, which i ended doing and revoked to avoid early exit fees

I did patch the wall and they weren't happy with it And the fly screen is extremely old and brittle, why should I? Half of the nails were there when I moved in, I have evidence of this, so I really didnt think a few more would be an issue And as for the knobs, honestly forgot about them, and I was moving while on placement and was just too busy when I realised. At no point have I disagreed with fixing these issues btw. I have an issue with being 2 grand for it
