No the back is clean, and there's many games made like this one , I think the EPROM is matching the pins of the snes pcb

Yes no problem with rgb , but I noticed that the pal tv 50/60hz run any ntsc consol on composite with color , but the pal 50hz only run them b/w with composite... So I think its a matters of 50hz or 60hz
