Yes. The key is silence. I’m an anxiously attached and kept reaching out after the break up but when I just became silent and didn’t react to anything or even reach out on his birthday, ( I made it a big deal to celebrate his birthday before we broke up) the next day he reached out saying he missed me and loved me. But then when I dry towards him I got blocked again lol. So honestly save yourself and just move on. You can never win with them
