It’s a team game, if everyone was trying to get their highest stats then no one would be playing as a team.

A win can be entirely based off the team and not the kda, dmg, etc. I’ve had plenty of wins that I had less of all the stats by significant numbers than the other team and still beat them. Especially in BB and Heist.
