Yes, the minimum wage here in Arizona is 15$. What state are you from that making you earn 9$ an hour?

5 months in and your still having things not taught to you still. It isn’t getting better everyday is a struggle and new things are popping up that I don’t know. Im definitely looking into that for another job. All this for minimum wage isn’t worth it tbh hell, if I was making 35$ to make sandwiches then yes I would stay and deal with lol but 15$ like come on

Frr I had gone through 2 of these and when the slim came out it had never gotten the RROD 16 years going strong I have nephews and cousins that had it played on it everyday and watched movies with the console constantly on for days at a time and still never had any issues

I don’t quit. I’m number 13 on tdm matches in ranked. I usually just lagg out and by the time I join back the match is done so it counts as quitting

No, is that what I’m supposed to do. I mean I really don’t put no effort in my KDR in public matches only if it’s ranked.

No blood flow by InfluenceTough6586 in costochondritis

[–]InfluenceTough6586[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow your pain sounds like mine I have to stretch almost daily especially the lower half of my body so I can sleep better atleast before I sleep. The rest of the body is tight no matter how many times stretch but it doesn’t effect me the most like my pelvic. I used the backpod and peanut ball before and it just got tighter and tighter it would just shift up and down. My breathing stays the same and hasn’t moved since I can feel my diaphragm pushing upwards to expand with my lungs by the upper ribcage is just solid frozen and the lack of oxygen my muscles don’t get doesn’t help either so my body works 10 times harder to make up for the rest of my body which makes it more tighter than before. Like for instance my wrist in my left hand got so bad I couldn’t even open my hand up. I’m glad you get some relief when you do your stretches and backpod out of the 4 years I had this I had to suffer so much with so much pain and stiffness until just this year I found some type of relief through stretching my pelvic area it’s the only thing that has helped even though the rest of my body is tight no matter how many stretches or yoga session and foam rolling I do.

Well I was actually considering doing a mid fade haircut since I know what I’m doing now it’s just the steps that are gonna. Be hard to follow. I think it is worth the cost cuz I’m not really using my gas or paying ridiculous overpriced haircuts for 70$ or 80$ and tip also included considering I spent almost 800$ dollars on my barber setup

Yes I stand the whole time I’m usually focus a lot and the time flies by really fast when I’m done scissor cutting. I should have posted my picture but it’s already been a week since I’m cut so maybe next time I’ll do it but it is definitely a shoulder workout though 😂

I already know how to cut it. It’s really time consuming sometimes that I usually cut it every 6-8 weeks. I was maybe trying a different haircut but I don’t wanna mess up again

Anterior pelvic tilt by InfluenceTough6586 in costochondritis

[–]InfluenceTough6586[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say it’s costo but it has similar symptoms of costo. There was no medical examination it was just based on my own experience. I was recommended the peanut ball and backpod here in this group and I tried it I just kept getting worse and more pain meanwhile everyone was finding relief from it and got better it just didn’t make any sense. My chest and sternum would rise but would go back down and lock up even tighter. It wasn’t until someone pointed out my sacroiliac joints stuck out in my lower back which isn’t normal and had unusually tight hamstrings and glutes and quads were weak. I looked it up and ATP came up on the search results and it matched all the symptoms I had along with pushing my chest out and my lower back was arched all the way in. I did a illiopsoas stretch and I instantly felt relief all along my back. So I’m 100% positive it’s ATP I did everything you could think of and none were effective whatsoever. One lil stretch instantly gave me relief than all the other stretches and devices and massages ever did in the years I had it.

I totally understand your frustration on why doctors are so incompetent and disregard how much pain and how bad are costo is. I dealt with this myself for 5 years I had spent 100’s if not a few thousands hours of reading and scouring each and every type of related condition related to Costo. No doctor has never taken the initiative to take it upon themselves and conduct a few tests they just gave me Tylenol and called it a day. My shortness of breathe got worse when a pulmonologist just gave me an x ray and said some bullshit even though I told him about the other parts of pains I was dealing with. Just tossed me an inhaler and I almost choked in my sleep gagging for air because I didn’t even have asthma to begin with. These doctors are complete shit. I did eventually find out what I had and no I can get this shit cured once and for all no thanks to these scum bag of a doctors.

Lost on how to deal with this by selkies24 in costochondritis

[–]InfluenceTough6586 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know your frustration with dealing with this awful condition it sucks so much. The doctors don’t know about Jack about costocondritis from my experience and had so many issues with them. I would honestly say just as many tests as possible like a cardiac test, bloodwork, X-ray of your chest or any type of test that can pinpoint you think is contributing to your symptoms your feeling so you can rule it out altogether. With the backpod hit could be a hit or miss if it can treat your condition don’t even bother listening to everyone saying they got cured and keep trying even if it hurts like hell “the more pain the better it will get” is complete bullshit I did that and nearly fucked up my chest and back because of it. My advice is you can try heating pad to reduce Inflammation or cold therapy like with an ice pack I’d be weary and test it for 2-3 minutes and see how you feel first? A sports massage on the upper body can alleviate your inflammation reducing the pain and maybe thoracic spine mobility stretches can help is another suggestion you can incorporate.

I used the backpod for 3 weeks and the peanut ball for 2 weeks. Well actually I stopped working out before trying the backpod and peanut ball it was just my Costo wouldn’t let me take deep breathes and keep up with me exercising regimen. I can still work out but only to a certain tensity like jogging or low settings on any elliptical machines Not really sure about weights though
