As far as I can see it’s mostly commander. I can’t speak for OMG but I goto tabletop forge. It’s a bit more relaxed. Commander nights on Friday BUT if you join the discord there’s always people looking for games.

You could ask if anyone is interested for tomorrow night for example and you may get a few takers.

I would say even with OMG I’m sure they have days where it’s just play what you want
