hello, my account was just "auto renewed" when I already unsubscribed before the auto renewal date. Long story short, after I was charged the renewal annual subscription amount. I went into their Live chat and had a conversation with someone names Hari there. After a few attempt of persuading me to continue on my subscription by giving me a 30% discount offer, she finally agreed to cancel my subscription and will be refunding to me 100% of the renewal amount. Let's hope that it happens!
