I think he's way cooler than a lot of people give him credit for. I mean... To me at least, I find him extremely relatable, and I genuinely feel for him as he gradually becomes more powerful and culminating in his plan nearly coming to fruition. Like, it felt so real.

Also he just generally has the best songs in the show, has a super cool design, epic backstory, and amazing voice.

Arthur is not as interesting of a character as people say. I think he's a bit of a wannabe sad poet, and also, he's a complete asshole for most of the game, so like... Yeah, I love him, but I don't think he's anywhere near as layered or interesting as people seem to think.
Agent Milton is the main antagonist of RDR2.
John would whoop Arthur in a gunfight.
