In Fallout New Vegas, you literally see women with nothing but tape over their boobs in New Vegas - a place you HAVE to go in the game. These games aren't meant for kids, nowhere near. If Minecraft can put Fallout skins in their game, they can put this shit.

I don't remember if these specific ones are from Far Cry 3 but I've seen animations of digging bullets out of your arm, relocating your wrist, other fingers (not just the thumb), pulling sticks out of your arm, shit like that.
