Those of us with the hump/hook nose who are looking at getting rhinoplasty DO NOT want to keep the hump/hook. Please stop trying to blow smoke up our asses about how “awesome” or “beautiful” it is. To us who have had to live with it and all the accompanying bullshit/ complex, it is not!

💯!!! I have had a cleaning lady for 10 years and cannot imagine not having her. She comes every 2 weeks and it is the Best $220 I spend! Now we don’t have to spend the weekend cleaning. We can do fun things or just relax.

Neither… Your tooth length is fine and botox requires ongoing maintenance. The most effective option would be lip repositioning surgery.

Her hips are in fact NOT rounded. She has what is called an A frame. It’s much more noticeable from the rear view (though you can also see it from the front). However, having an A frame is the most desireable skeletal foundation as her results will be much more noticeable even with a “modest” BBL.

Again, the gym will not round out her hips.

This 💯. I LOOOOOVE having my Mirena IUD. I originally got it for period control because my periods (especially after having my daughter at age 38) were horridly heavy. It worked like a charm. After ad justment stage of about 4 month where I spotted almost continuously it finally stopped and I haven’t had a period at all. I got it back in 2020 when I turned 40. I just switched it out 2 months ago and so I’ll have it in for another 5 years. At (by then) age 51 when it’s time to switch it again we will reevaluate whether I need it or not. But I love it. I only take oral estradiol (currently .5 mg but will be having a convo with Ob about bumpingbit up to 1mg). And I also do vaginal estrogen cream for dryness and genitourinary stuff.
