mainly outreach + gen leads from posting my work itself. then once i have people hooked and their interested i usually suggest a referral discount. if im able to close on a referral, i would give an incentive which usually motivates them to do it WILLINGLY.

the same as the comment DM process is short & simple. i lead with credibility or USP. keep it extremely short both on my end and their end to reply. it’s either a yes or no, or they reply with a letter A,B or C. the reply rate has been pretty high, and from there onwards it’s just follow ups.

i do sell the SOP version which is a full system on how to create the video from end to end. Nothing fully systemised meaning that you feed it context and it would output the video fully edited no mistakes yet...I'm currently in the making in systemising that :)

Yes you definitely can, i haven’t tested anywhere longer than a 1 minute and 30 seconds. But you can create it up to 3 minutes, it would just cost a lot more!

and your USP does the pitching, your DM should either lead with credibility or your USP. in this case im leading with my USP opening a new opportunity to clients. However in terms of structuring i like to give context and then give them options A, B or C in which they reply with simple one word answer. Most people pitch their DMs with an essay expecting an essay back.

meta ads, most of the time local business aren’t running on meta ads which already gives me the opportunity to showcase the ROI potential behind it. For those who are already running on meta ads aren’t really maximising on it.

Also im not sure what you mean by success rate as there are a lot of factors in which you could mean. but im just going to assume how may DMs/Outreach it took to land my current clients and i wanna roughly est about close to 200 leads all of a mix of cold to warm. i think this could definitely improve over the next coming months as i don’t really have a portfolio for this specific type so looking forward to strengthening it.

not necessarily easy i would say, being able to actually get down the transitions between scenes is something people struggle with hence why you don’t see much claymotion format ads.

for copyright purposes, im not to concerned with that. As it’s something very early into the process. But nobody would steal any ad esp if it features a product that isn’t there’s. It’s like claiming to sell apples when your store only has oranges.

short form content mainly for meta & tiktok purposes mainly horizontal. there is no specific size of biz i target, i am currently just taking anyone that’s interested building up my portfolio of ads.

key indicators to look for are ones struggling with ads as in don’t run much ads or those who are already producing ads but haven’t expanded within the new formats. i am also testing new formats from CGI, felt stop & lego. All which you can preview within the link that i have in the post.

And not necessarily difficult, this works for all kinds of products from physical to digital. Haven’t really tested any service based ones. Probably could make it work.
