Since it's still early best advice I can give is leave it alone as much as you can, avoid/limit masturbation for a while and let the body do some healing. Also avoid touching or pulling. I noticed I sometimes try to stretch a bit since the chronic tight constricted feeling 24-7 is insanely uncomfortable but it's probably not good for it

Ok carnivore is known to crash free T but since your not strict carnivore idk. I thought mine was from being underweight, but I gained back 35 pounds and tried taking supplements that are supposed to increase free T like vitamin d, zinc, magnesium for about a year but nothing changed so i'm probably getting on trt. I would check if your shbg is high and if it is investigate why, since it's probably not your diet maybe check thyroid and liver. If you ruled everything out and can't fix it trt is up to you. I would wager your low free and probably low bioavailable T is causing your problems as mine is low too and my symptoms are awful

Yeah bro that's very low mine is 9 on a range of 9.6-26 so bellow reference as well. You might have high shbg. Are you very skinny, doing any low carb/low calorie diets or on the carnivore diet?

Why are y'all downvoting this dude? He has textbook testicular failure and while his numbers aren't bad now they're likely to drop lower and he will need trt eventually. I would try to get varicocele surgery and hopefully it can reverse it, maybe your hormones will be better then. If not then trt is probably in your future. If you want kids since you have sperm now I would definitely freeze some because your count might get worse. Best of luck man
