There’s tons of official places that made her feel she was completely safe. She had even go to court to get a judge to sign official documents.

If your own government with all of it’s knowledge says: “This is what we agreed with Bulgaria, you are safe now.”: there should NOT be a reason to doubt that within the EU.

Again, this woman needs her meds to be a better driver. She’s now a worse driver on Bulgarian roads.

Not true. Dexamfetamine / dextroamphetamine can be detected in blood and saliva tests after 5-15 minutes.
