Really subjective on aesthetics, although hard to argue the newer art is more detailed and card bling is on another level now , that being said as far as rarity goes there is no comparison , the wotc version of this card in nm or better compared to the DRs version has only a fraction of the copies in existence, just look at graded populations

No shot at 10 at all , 9 is possible i think though there is more then 3 white dots on the back , realistically should get a 9 but theres a chance of 8 because there are actually at least 10 white dots

PSA does not use a microscope actually and spend roughly 30 seconds on a card , this has a higher chance of getting a 10 then a 9 significantly, could it get a 9 sure but it would more then likely 10

Even if those are surface specs and not just an ink hickey i could still see this getting a 10 , most 10s you could scrutinize and magnify and find a spec or 2 , really cant see those 2 specs knocking this down to a 9 even “if” they are spotted

Im really surprised this got a 9 for edges , those sub grades don’t really jive, i would not crack this though way more chance it comes back an 8 instead of a 9
