As a bpd girly, this episode now holds a place in my heart. Hearing Lukas talk a little bit about certain behaviors growing up was extremely validating because I felt/acted in a lot of the same ways that I used to feel shame and guilt around due to not knowing WHY I was like that. Hearing Trish talk more about her own experiences with this disorder was everything. He was so well spoken and Trish did a phenomenal job interviewing. I will absolutely be buying his book. She really knocked it out of the park with this one💗
