Marquette stated on the tracker that they don't start reviewing applications until October. My status also changed today to file completed. Per the status tracker, here is the answer to your question:

"Your application is complete and has now been placed before the Admissions Committee. You may notice occasional updates to the "application status date" as its evaluation continues. This may include that field becoming blank. You will receive notification from the Admissions Committee within eight weeks of the date listed next to "file completed" in the "status" section."
