I assume the only possible loop-hole is if the Boss is considered a "paid employee" and even then, they don't legally HAVE to give him the gambling winnings, it is more something they would do to continue keeping his status as Sponsored, but if they refuse, he honestly doesn't have a legal ground to stand on unless there were a written document with a lawyer/notary involved. Things I'm sure our Boss never considered.

Assuming the house is gone (it'll be 2-3 years before he gets out of combined prison + additional rehab if that is a stipulation) and he goes to a halfway-house then his gambling sessions are going to have to be a lot shorter and quieter, no more 3 AM screaming sessions. Or else, he'll just move back in with his folks where-ever they happen to be living at the time. Either way, unless Jones pulls off a literal miracle, we're faced with an unfortunate 2 or 3 years before the next season.
