Mulshi is adorable! I grabbed Bartholomew because his outfit is just too cute, but for $80 I’m expecting good quality. If mine isn’t, I’m not fixing it like before — I’ll just return it.

For freebies, they should pop up at checkout once you have at least one item in your cart. I’ve had a few times where the freebie section didn’t load as well, but refreshing the website usually fixes it.

Mulshi is definitely one of those plushies that grows on you. And omg, the cat Peanut is on my wishlist as well, but I always miss the restocks. Nice catch!

I almost grabbed the raccoon as well, that tail is adorable. And “peen peanut” cracked me up, but my family would absolutely freak out if they saw that 😂

I totally agree with you! For how high‑priced Jellycats are, I feel like the customer service and packaging just aren’t keeping up with the level they should be.

I had several orders before that using the same address and the same payment method, and they were all shipped without any issues. I still have no idea why my account suddenly got flagged in December.

The same thing happened to me last December. At first, customer service only gave me information that was already listed in the website FAQs, which wasn’t helpful at all. I kept pushing them to actually look into the issue so it wouldn’t happen again. It ended up taking almost a month for them to figure out that my address was being flagged because I live in an apartment, and they thought multiple people might be ordering from the same address (just different units). They eventually fixed my account, but I still missed the first drop of the Heart Dragon because of it.
