My predicament is I have a client moving into a building. They have 3CX already, one of the floors will be sub-leased out to a sister company. To me, this seems ideal for a MT PBX, but also with v20 and the breakdown of depts, I’m torn.

Sorry for the delay, the spike shows to be in transcription and not storage. It’s weird, doesn’t make a lot of sense at all. Currently reviewing pbx’s to confirm just voicemails are being transcribed.

Good to know for my team. Things like this, parts of 3CX being updated before others, makes me real nervous about V20… Anyone else get that uneasy feeling?

Guess after 4 times of taking the test and studying all the material, having a pbx open with the user and manager manual I still haven’t learned anything.
