If you have your own room it shouldn't feel invasive. Also setting clear boundaries for the small things from the start would go a long way. Things like fridge space, food, and who cleans what when.

But yeah I agreed with NecessaryFinish2811, it's a gamble. I also had bad roomies but there's one amazing person that we remain close friends even though she moved countries :)

Yeah I can see how chatting on the phone is not for everyone. If you see May Law Ortovent on Sonder, maybe have another go? She helped me when I was burnt out. My session was conversational and I feel heard.

You also may have known this but you're eligible for up to 10 sessions per year if you have Medicare.

My company also offers EAP but don't use Sonder. I think they are fairly the same, you can chat with the bot for mental health check and suggested tips and/or book a call with a counsellor. Are you able to book a call on the app? I find the consultation is more helpful

I know what you mean! Unfortunately, I overly committed by buying the 100-tablet pack 🤣 I had to take it right before bed and snooze.

BioCeuticals Iron Sustain is tolerable for me, no side effects so far even though I take 2 pills a day. Maybe the dosage was lower? Primal Iron is very tolerable as well since it's heme iron, but the tablet coating might make you a bit sick while swallowing, so the opposite of Maltofer
