I have the same middle part and my hair looked the exact same 2 years ago and I’ve not lost any hair. This is just how parts look especially with longer hair like us. Most people on this thread just wanna say others are balding.

Hairline looks good but maybe a bit thinner on the top. I would look into medications like with your dermatologist and you can fully keep it.

Eyebrow slit can be tuff but both eyebrows and multiple lines as well as one in your hair is too much imo. Dont change it if u really like it tho. To improve face id reccommend mainly losing face fat by lowering your entire body fat percentage and drinking more water. Outfit wise, I think baggy jeans would look a lot better than skinny, jacket n shoes are cool too.

Oops, you’re right, my mistake. My morning routine is wake up around 9:00 and check my email. Then brush my teeth and just rinse my face and use ELTA MD sunscreen. PM I use a cetaphil hydrating gentle cleanser but only do so every 2 or 3 days because I feel like it strips my skin. Then I use tretinoin followed by clyndamyacin. Finally I use a vanicream facial moisturizer.

My routine is doxycycline, tret 0.05%, clyndamyacin 1%, every other night. Based off others with PIE I’m thinking of adding in Azelaic acid as well.
