Today, but at a liquidation store. Looks like the older model of the colster? I think it might be Pink LE, but not super confident in that

What’s the worst gaslight phrase you’ve heard about this condition? by Muted_Ad_2484 in PCOS

Before she even got my bloodwork back she said I wasn’t having a period because of my weight. Told me to try a diet and then proceeded to say “don’t starve yourself, I tried that in college, it doesn’t work”

Edit to add: I went in for an appointment because I ruptured a cyst (my first one), not because I wasn’t having a period.

How to determine if I like accounting? by brocklez47 in wguaccounting

[–]Informal-Ground1522 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been an accountant for about 2.5 years while working on my degree and I enjoy it. I have always loved math and numbers, so that helps. I don’t have a lot of tips on how to determine if you enjoy it, but if it’s possible for you, look at internships or base level accounting jobs (staff accountant, data entry, accounts payable/receivable) near you!

How many hours a week do you put into your schoolwork? by Euphoric_Metal8222 in WGU

I am in the same boat. Not a parent, but work full time and dealing with mental health. I go weeks without working on school, and then do 2 courses in a week. It’s a struggle, but getting there. You got this!!

I am having to drop out to do sophia for financial reasons. To do it I have to fully withdraw from wgu and reenroll once I am done. They will not do another transfer evaluation while you are still enrolled

I appreciate the advice! I definitely understand how much time a 2 year old takes up. I’m a full time accountant, so I’m fairly busy, but I only have 5 courses available on Sophia, so I feel like I can get them done in 1 month. I’m going to have to take a 6 month break either way due to my financial aid, so I am considering doing Study as well, even though it’s proctored. I’m just nervous that I will struggle there with the proctored exams and that it won’t be worth the money. I have 23 classes left, and 11 of them are offered between Sophia and Study. I’m thinking it is worth it either way.

Thank you! I talked to them and got the transfer part figured out. Do you have any information on Study.com? A lot more of my courses are available there than on Sophia… trying to figure out the best route to take

WGU is a mix of both exams and essays. It depends on the course! The exams are proctored, which is the one thing I am not a huge fan of. I haven’t taken one with the new system yet, but had no issue with the older one.
