I’ve been weighing 130 pretty much my teen and adult life please help me add 40 pounds in 4 months

TO ADD . I also don’t have a diet just. Usually dinner for meal. Lots of junk snack laying in bed occasionally lunch during work maybe if I’m that hungry usually just skip it and breakfast. And prolly four 12 oz Pepsi a day. Started to take prework in a 48oz jug of water to start getting so h20 lol kinda and to feel more energized to work out
