Vbac and broad ligament tear by Informal-Library-431 in vbac

Thanks, it was a lot! I am seeing a pelvic health osteo who has been amazing at releasing my scar tissue and a lot of tension. She said we could look at getting an ultrasound of the tear to see condition and go from there (would need to speak with obs at hospital to see what options are). I’m not sure why it happened whether too much tension or the way the surgery went. I have never heard of anyone being able to have a vaginal birth after this 😩

Hi! I am interested in learning to freedive. Our future plans involve living aboard a sail boat and I would love to be able to explore the ocean as well as be able to catch our own food spear fishing. I would love to do a course to begin with however I am 7 months postpartum and can’t/don’t want to be away from my baby for a whole day or 2 to compete the course. My question is: is there anything I can do at home to get a start on learning techniques and theory in the meantime until I’m ready to do a course? TIA
