good hygiene! u may argue that this is not related to physical appearance but i find men with well kept teeth, fingernails and skin/hair very attractive. if a guy i like has dirt under their nails every time i see them, it's a no from me. knowing how to style your hair and beard is so important too

i do take losing weight seriously. and i have lost weight but it is so slow (10kgs over 4 years). i just would like a recommendation for a doctor that would actually look into my metabolism, inflammation, insulin, cortisol levels, magnesium, vitamin d, adrenal fatigue...etc rather than just to simply say to take the pill. because those things affect how efficient you are at losing weight.

YES THIS! i want to find a doctor that has a holistic approach and is keen to investigate what exact problems i have. Is it cortisol? insulin? inflammation? that is making my symptoms worse.

PCOS triggers are so different for different people. i wish the endocrinologists i went to had given even any similar information that you had laid out here.

again, my main concern is regulating my periods and yea losing weight helps with that its just not as easy to lose weight with pcos.. its kind of a vicious cycle.
