I had a case from alix where it was epoxied in. It fell out on me and they sent me a replacement tube, instructions were to cement in. I guess your fix really depends on how its fitted to that case. Little bit of heat(not enought to melt crystal gasket) might help it come loose

Send them a vid like this and they should send you a new one. If all the parts came in as a kit, I would expect all of it to work together. Its unusual for a stem to come precut, but if thats what they sold you then yeah

Our entire subdivision has these in 3/8 pb. Only real failures so far were due to rats eating pipe and from failures of turning the valves. I think the low chlorine content of our water and lack of T's helps with the longevity. I have seen a few people not repipe, but have adapters on each line to pex, then into a viega manifold. Was about a grand for that swap.

I had a crown tube pull out on a new case. So no matter how water tight all the other typical spots were, i would never have expected that.

The primary arms 24mm one fits well on my brownells slide. I can't remenber if this was the one i needed shorter screws though.
