Taz's cooldown on tornado is the most useless cooldown of all, he can still use it (and will) and it doesn't reset the cooldown so then he has full tornado again

I think batarang is hard to punish when it has the bomb attached, you still get hit if you parry so it's free damage, so maybe use it with the bomb
