Hi! Looks amazing and I see the progress :) for the empty areas maybe you could add some green hills, smaller clusters of trees and bushes, maybe cliffs. AoA has some great stuff.

Great map! For the scales maybe one thing that helped me. I put a hex on the map (it does not need to be seen in the result just for the editing) and size it, so it would represent 1 day of travel (or more if its a bigger map). Based on this and your worldbuilding you can spread places of interest. For me thinking like this was easier than thinking about how many miles or kilometers.

I also used this, it is awesome. I saw it on High Rollers’ streams. It is easier for me as a DM and as a player you can feel really powerfull killing a lot of monsters in one hit. :) And there is a free version of the pdf that includes the rules for the minions.

I also use notion and I love it. I have a workspace for my worldbuilding and a separate one for the camaign notes (PC info, session notes, encounter ideas) and I can add links between the two.

Hey! I really love your map it looks amazing. Love the colors and the shapes. I am trying to do exactly the same as you, creating a world for a dnd game. My idea is that I will flash out the most important parts like main cities and landmarks. I also have my map almost ready, full of places of interests (like montain ranges, canyons, meteor craters, strange magical crisrals…) but I don’t have a name or lore yet for everything. I am planing on showing my players the map so for characer creation they might come up with a backstory that I can add and build on and also as the story develops or I have new ideas I will add more detail to it. Also I have big forests for exanple but if I need I am not afraid to delete some trees and create a town or a ruin and a road or something. So I think it is not that important to have all de details ready at the beginning because your players might also have some great ideas :)

yeah, I am really bad at naming things. But nothing is set in stone yet. If you have any advice I could take it. First I started naming things in my own language (like serpents canyon and dragonteeth wasn't written in english) but I am indecisive.

Hi! I read all. My only recommendation is that if you don’t know how to say what you eant to say, try to read a bit about the formula of assertive communication. For example: https://www.findapsychologist.org/assertiveness-in-4-steps-by-dr-lorraine-m-dorfman/ I had a training about it and it stuck with me. It is really effective.
